Photography from MoCA’s VANITY FAIR INTERNATIONAL ART BASEL PARTY 2010

Last night I had the pleasure of photographing the Museum of Contemporary Art’s (North Miami) Vanity Fair International 2010 Party.  The publisher of IRREVERSIBLE Magazine, Noor Blazekovic, asked me to photograph this event for her because it also coincided with the release of a new issue of her magazine which you can view here. In addition to this wonderful, large-format art magazine, Noor runs the IRREVERSIBLE art gallery and curates the Giants in the City international traveling sculpture exhibit.

Last night’s party at MoCA was the best of the Art Basel season and I got some great photographs of Miami’s art scene including: Ricky Martin, Madrid artist Rosell Meseguer, Marcello Boss of Colombostile, Japanese artist Ken Hamazaki, radio host George Fishman, ZENSHI of Japan, artist Dan Monteavaro, Remy Jarry from Paris, artist Carol Adrianza, Jorge Chirinos Sanchez of CS Gallery, and the winner for best dressed goes to Eva & Adele;  artist Elayne Mordes who had one of her sculptures at MoCa and her husband Marvin of The Whitespace Collection; artist Claudia Castillo, artist Joshua Levine, of course Bonnie Clearwater, Donna Fields and Sonia Siesholtz of MoCA; artist Ed Crowell II, Meghan Conley, Juan Ruiz, Jiae Hwang, Carlos de la Cruz-co-founder and director of the de la Cruz Collection; Neyda Otero, Hong Kong curator Vivilte; Adora; Joel Suissa who designed the Jonathan Meese catalog for MOCA; Alan Wacfle, Tangela Footman and Karen Halpern.

All images on my website are available for purchase as prints, enlargements or high-resolution downloads.  Please email me for ordering instructions.

People hire me to photograph their events (weddings, Mitzvahs, receptions, fundraisers, private parties, etc.) and do portraiture (acting & modeling headshots, individual portraits, corporate portraits, social media and online dating profile photos, etc).
